Alicia Scandiff

Alicia Mary Scandiff, age 93, passed away on August 8, 2017. Alicia was born to John and Kathleen Smith in Chicago, IL. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Albert Scandiff in February, 1988; one son, George R Scandiff; one sister Eileen Remington, and her parents,

Alicia is survived by her children, Sherry (Joe) Manning of Franklin, WI; Gary (Barbara) Scandiff of Snellville, GA; John Scandiff of McHenry, IL; Charles (Vickie) Scandiff of Denver, CO; one sister, Karen (David) Harms of Lake Villa, IL; 16 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She retired from Illinois Bell in the 1960's; was a Realtor with Coldwell Banker; and the first Parish Secretary at St. Dismas Catholic Church in Waukegan, IL. Among her hobbies she was a member of the Red Hat Society.

Funeral services are entrusted to Warren Funeral Home 1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031 and will be on Saturday, August 12, 2017. Friends and family may visit beginning at 2:00PM, with service at 3:00PM at the Warren Funeral Home.
