Arthur Lookabaugh

Arthur Lookabaugh, 79, of Gurnee passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Advocate Condell Medical Center. He was born August 22, 1941 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Donald and Lillian Lookabaugh. On June 26, 1976, he married Gladys Jamasmie in Gurnee.

He served in the US Army, worked for Abbot Laboratory for about 15 years until his retirement. He enjoyed digital art, walking at the mall with his wife, kept in constant touch with his children, was an avid baseball fan especially the Cubs.

He is survived by his wife Gladys; children: Jim (Tara), John, and Janet Lookabaugh; grandchildren: Emma, Sadie and Audrey Lookabaugh; sister Margaret (the late William) Milligan; niece Melissa Milligan and her children: Douglas and Matthew Bergscheider and her granddaughter Mika Milligan. He is preceded in death by his parents.

In keeping with his wishes, services will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Cancer Society would be deeply appreciated.
