Betty Kibort

Betty Lou Kibort, 87, of Lindenhurst, passed away peacefully August 21, 2016 at Silverado in Lake Zurich. She was born September 28, 1928 in Chicago to Claude and Agnes (Meyer) Bollier. Betty loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a member of the Lindenhurst Park District, and many Women's Clubs in Morton Grove and Lindenhurst. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, drinking coffee, doing crossword puzzles and gardening. Betty loved animals, being outdoors, lounging on her deck, which she felt was like being on vacation. She enjoyed a good mystery on TV, especially "Columbo." Betty had a tight knit group of friends for many years, and was a very devoted friend to all of them. She leaves to cherish her loving memory, three children, Scott Kibort, Janice (Frank) Hilbert, and Gail (Scott) Reboletti; daughter-in-law, Ximena Kibort; four grandchildren, Brian Kibort, Matthew Kibort, Patrick "P.J." Hilbert and Kathryn "Katie" Hilbert; one sister-in-law, Fran Kibort; nephew, David (Anna) Kibort and niece, Suzanne "Sue" Kibort. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Casimer "Lou" Kibort, who passed away July 31, 2000; parents; brother-in-law, Robert Kibort, and a special cousin, Ellen (Emil) Salpietro. Visitation is Thursday, August 25, 2016 from 10am-11am at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services are Thursday at 11am at the funeral home with Pastor Jed C.
