Birdie M. Wright, 87 of Midlothian, IL , passed away at The Amita Health Adventist Medical Center in Hinsdale, IL on Sunday February 11, 2018.
She was born on October 21, 1930 in Laurel, Mississippi to the late Oscar and Lena (Sampson) Dixon. On September 13, 1958 she married Joseph Wright Sr. He preceded in her death on January 22, 2017.
Birdie is survived by her sons; Joseph (Ronda) Wright Jr., Oscar Ellis Wright and Ronald McCloud, her daughter's; Tina Marie Wright and Maxine Wright, numerous grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph and her son Roy McCloud.
Visitation will be held on Saturday February 24, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at Warren Funeral Home located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home. Pastor Mel Cartwright will be officiating.
Entombment will be at Warren Cemetery.
The family is being assisted by Warren Funeral Home.
