Charles Dugger

Charles W. Dugger, 63, of Round Lake Park passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at home. He was born on April 3, 1958 in rural Laurel County, Kentucky. He was the proud owner/operator for his own heating and air conditioning business.

He enjoyed fishing, loved his pets, visiting with friends and was always willing to lend a hand.

He is survived by his wife Theresa; three daughters: Jennifer, Tina and Michelle Dugger and his granddaughter Lillith Dugger. He is preceded in death by his mother Lola Dugger.

Visitation will be from 5-7 pm on Friday, April 9th at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N Cemetery Ave. Gurnee. In keeping with his wishes cremation rites will be accorded.
