David Young, born to Robert and Dorothy Myrtle and baptized at birth as James David Myrtle, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at age 57 after many years of illness. David is survived by his sisters Mary (husband Joel Handelsman); Ruth (husband Scott Jordan); Beth (husband Robert Pechous); and brother John (wife Patricia). David was also uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday July 3rd at 10:00 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 315 McKinley Avenue, Lake Villa. Private internment will take place on Friday at the Glen Oak Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David's name may be made to his church.
