Debi Wallin

July 4, 1959 — February 11, 2017

Debi Wallin, 57, of Wadsworth, passed away Feb. 11, 2017 at Vista Medical Center East in Waukegan. She was born July 4, 1959 in Kenosha, WI. Debi was a kind-hearted, beautiful spirit with an eccentric soul. Her hearty laugh was contagious and one of a kind, filling every room with her huge personality. Over the years, her unconditional love for others made her the glue that held the family together. It was these acts of kindness that deemed her our family ambassador. She was so selfless, that this final act of donating truly embodies who she was as a person. She loved to play the cello while in school. She enjoyed swimming and the sauna at IL Beach State Park. She was the most dedicated employee any company could ever wish for. For Thirty-two years she worked seven days a week. She held jobs at Travel Concepts, Bob and Dougs BP, recently she held what would be her dream job she loved so much at The Meeting Group in Bannockburn IL. Debi loved shopping for "five dolla" deals. She will ALWAYS be remembered. She is survived by her loving family, mother, Darlene (Reedy) Lipnicki; sisters, Terri Knuth and Lisa Lipnicki; nieces and nephews, Jamie Knuth, Tracy (Rob) Knuth-Black, Kyle Robinson, Amber Soto, Megan Horschak-Moreno, Nick Pintarelli, and great nephew, Lincoln Moreno. She was preceded in death by her father, Ted Lipnicki. Visitation is Thursday, Feb. 16, 2017 from 4-7pm at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL. Memorial service at 7pm following the visitation at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
