Debra J. Halas, 67 of Waukegan went to be with the Lord on Tuesday August 28, 2018 at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
She was born on July 18, 1951 to the late Michael and Dorothy (Setterman) Halas in Waukegan. Debra served on the Lake County Board for many years. She was also very involved with the The Friends of the Genessee Theatre Board serving for almost 40 years.
Debra is survived by, her brother Doug (Launa) Halas, her sister Pamela Freeman, and her niece, Sarah (Daniel) May.
Visitation will be Thursday August 30, 2018 from 4:00 P.M to 7:00 P.M. at Warren Funeral Home located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL
Burial will be at Ascension Catholic Cemetery in Libertyville.
The family is being assisted by Warren Funeral Home.
