Diana Clark, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 21, 2026. She is survived by her beloved children Derik (Gabriela) Clark, Jason (Amy) Clark, and Elizabeth "Beth" (partner Scott Addams) Clark; her cherished grandchildren Angela (Jake) Baumgardener, Ashleigh (Ricardo) Carranza, Jason "JJ" (partner Sylvia Johnson) Clark, Daniela (Lachlan Rose) Clark, Alexander Clark, Raquel Clark, and Everleigh Clar; her precious great-grandchildren Leanna, Nicholas, Michael, Heavenly, Amaya, Jacob, Souleen, and Preston; her dear siblings Mickie Brie, Karen (Tom) Mungovan, and Jeff (Lisa) Volz; and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends who will miss her deeply.
She is preceded in passing by her beloved husband of 45 years Larry Clark and her proud parents Raymond and Linnea Volz.
Diana embraced life and found joy with laughter, family and friends. She loved animals and has had several cats, dogs and even a horse. Diana met husband Larry while in high school even though they went to different schools. As a navy wife she lived in Philadelphia and Newport. She was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother or even just a friend to anyone in her home. She had amassed several “adopted” children. Diana has been employed as Base Locater at Great Lakes naval station, sales associate at JCPenney and Walmart, administrative staff at BIK &Co LLC. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and held several callings including teaching, single adult representative, and ward chorister.
Friends and family will meet for visitation on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 12PM-2PM at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL. The funeral service will begin at 2PM.
