Edward Prues Sr

Edward Prues, Sr., of Crystal Lake, IL passed away at the age of 83, at Good Shepherd Hospital on August 23, 2017. Edward was preceded in death by his Father, Bernard and his mother when he was a young child; and his wife, Arlene (nee Schiddel) Prues who passed in 2006.

He is survived by his son Edward Prues, Jr; one grandchild Vincent Prues; 2 sisters, Dorothy Otton and Mary Ann (Ray) Bowman; numerous nieces and nephews.

Edward served in the Airforce during the Korean War. He was the owner of E & E Service Station in Mundelein. He was an avid gardener and belonged to the Mundelein Senior Center.

Services for Edward will be at Warren Funeral Home on Monday, August 28, 2017 beginning with Visitation at 12:00 Noon until time of service at 1:00PM, officiated by Fr. James Merold. Entombment will take place following services at Warren Cemetery.
