Edwin Nowikowski

Edwin R. Nowikowski, 75 of Gurnee, passed away at Advocate Condell Hospital on Thursday November 23, 2017.
He was born on October 24, 1942 in Chicago to the late John and Agnes (Lawrence) Nowikowski. Edwin graduated from Lane Technical High School and joined the U.S. Army. He married Nancy Gough on July 22, 1972. Edwin is survived by his wife Nancy, sons Bill (Beth) Nowikowski and Mark Nowikowski, his daughter, Teresa (Tim) Riegle, his granddaughter Gwendolyn (Joe) Zimmer, his brothers Leonard (Nancy), Dan (Norma) and John Nowikowski. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Raymond Nowikowski, his sister Barbara Nowikowski, his sister-in-law Marion Nowikowski and his nephew Robert.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday November 30, 2017 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Wadsworth. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL 60031, and again Thursday November 30, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. until time of services at the Church. The Family is being assisted by Warren Funeral Home.
