Elaine Markus

Elaine Rose Markus, 77, of Gurnee passed away July 5, 2015 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Elaine was a housekeeper and a caregiver for her mother for 25 years. She was born October 12, 1937 in Chicago. She is survived by her siblings, Fern Markus, George Markus, Fred (Evelyn) Markus and Ruth Lehr; many nieces and nephews, and special niece, Donna Clark. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Florence (Boitz) Markus and brothers, Ronald Markus, Arthur Markus and Harold Markus. Visitation is Thursday, July 9, 2015 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services are at 10:00 am at the funeral home on Thursday, July 9, 2015 with Pastor Sidney Miller. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery.
