Esther Weston

Esther Angeline Weston passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014 at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury, MD. She was 97 years old.
Born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Esther was the daughter of the late Harry Henry Hill and Jean Armstrong Hill.
Esther worked as a supervisor of accounting for the Great Lakes Naval Training Center, retiring in 1976. She was an avid golfer, bowler, and horse rider. She enjoyed visiting and traveling with her family. Esther raised her family in Waukegan, Illinois. She later moved to Ellicott City, Maryland. For the last six years, Esther made her home in Salisbury, Maryland.
Esther was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Helene and Grayce; brothers, Fred and Robert; and husband, Robert Weston. She is survived by daughters, Susan Weston Walsh and Pamela Weston Kidwell and son-in-law, Doug Kidwell; 6 grandchildren: Erin Walsh Smith and partner Kenneth Perry, Kristen Walsh Odum and husband, Brian Odum, Sean Walsh, Jeremy Richardson and wife, Amy Richardson, Kourtney Richardson and Robert Richardson and wife, Jenni Weems-Richardson; and 3 great-grandchildren: Weston Smith, Cassius Franklin and Odin Richardson. Esther will also be missed by her loyal companion, Guinness.
A service to celebrate Esther's long life will be held Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Holloway Funeral Home with visitation from 1:30 to 2:00. Interment will be in Gurnee, Illinois at Warren Cemetery & Mausoleum.
In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made to M.A.C. Center or Coastal Hospice at the Lake.
