Fabian Cortez-Milan

Fabian James Cortez-Milan passed away at age 30. He is survived by his father, Cirilo Milan and step mother Efigenia Milan, his brother Hadrian Chilo Milan and sister Jennilee Marie Milan. He was born on October 28, 1986.

He is survived by his sons: Julian Fabian Milan, Damian Armani Milan, and their mother, Jackie Denis, and his youngest son, Arian Armanii Milan, and his mother Lisette Quinonez.

Fabian was a huge Chicago Bulls Fan and loved the Indianapolis Colts. He was also a coach for the Waukegan Junior Bulldogs Football program where his sons played. Additionally, he was a huge Sox Fan.

A private visitation will take place for immediate family beginning at 2:00PM on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL 60031. Friends and Family are invited to visit on Saturday from 3:00-7:00PM at Warren Funeral Home. Services will immediately follow at 7:00PM at Warren Funeral Home, presided over by Fr. James Merold.
