Glen Reinhardt

Glen A. Reinhardt, age 88, passed away on September 29, 2017 at Advocate Condell Medical Center. Glen was born to the late Carl and Alma (Leliefeld) Reinhardt on July 8, 1929 in Guttenberg, Iowa. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Rose I. (Kerpan) Reinhardt who passed in 2013.

Surviving Glen are his children Robert Reinhardt of Ocala, Florida and Sharon Drinkall of Gurnee, Illinois and one grandchild Dana Drinkall.

Glen was a member of the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 150. He was a private pilot and aviation enthusiast. He was a member of the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association), and later he built his own Homebuilt Airplane.

Services for Glen will be on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL 60031. Friends and Family are invited to celebrate Glen's life starting with Visitation at 10:00AM until time of services at 12:00 noon. Services will be presided over by Fr. James Merold. Burial will take place at Ascension Cemetery, 1920 Buckley Rd., Libertyville, IL 60048. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association, https://donatenow.heart.org would be appreciated in Glen's name.
