Jean Marie Wells, 65 of Waukegan passed away on Friday, June 27, 2014 at home.
She was born August 12, 1948 in Chicago, IL, and married Marty Wells on July 4, 1970 in Mundelein, IL.
She is survived by her husband Marty, two sons Randy (Erica) Wells of Round Lake, IL and Wayne (Ediza) Wells of Waukegan, IL, one daughter Collene (Stephanie Edwards) Wells of Chicago, IL, one brother Joseph (Donna) Jacobs of Florida, three sisters Mary Ann (Donald) Trinko of Arlington, OH, Roseann (David) Lindquist of Alexandria, MN and Nancy (Louis) Pignotti of Lamont, IL, two grandchildren Makayla Wells & Azriel Hernandez. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Memorial mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 5:30pm Wednesday, July 2, 2014 at St. Dismas Church, 2600 Sunset Avenue, Waukegan with Fr. Patrick Rugen officiating. Interment will be private.
Donations may be made in her memory to either St. Dismas Church or American Cancer Society.
