Jeanola Howard

Jeanola Howard, 65, of North Chicago was born on January 16, 1949 to Monroe Walter, Sr. and Hattie Lee Smith. She passed away peacefully on December 4, 2014 surrounded by her loving family at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. She attended the Joliet Schools and was a resident there for most of her life. She later moved to the City of North Chicago, where she was a resident until her departure. She leaves to cherish her memory, children, Emory (Latona Denise) Woods-Tanner of Beach Park, Stephanie Tanner of Waukegan, Dionne Tanner-Wright of Joliet, Marissa Treshelle Tanner of Waukegan, Ursula Latoyi Tanner of Cedar Hill, Texas and Ethel Simone Byas of Cedar Hill, Texas; brother, Monroe Walter, Jr. of Zion; grandchildren, Conecha Moore, Trisheanna Williams, Aerial Tanner-Johnson, Darshiana (Curtis) Cephus, Anthony Robinson, Everett Robinson, Tionna Robinson, Robert Fink, Bryson Cooley, Sheneque Tanner, Shaquita Tanner, Shakeia Tanner, Carmiana Tanner, Dariel Tanner, Brandon Gavins, Maurice Ledrew Wright, Brooklyn Stephanie Harris, Bryanna Tanner, Brent Scott Lee, Jr., Torrie Whetsell, Torrell Whetsell, and a host of great grandchildren, extended family and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Jeanola was a loving and caring person. We love you mom and grandmother, may you rest in peace, until we meet again. Services are private.
