Joseph Zygowicz

Joseph Zygowicz, 55, of Lake Villa, passed away suddenly Feb. 13, 2017 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. He was born Feb. 15, 1961 in Chicago. On Dec. 13, 1989, Joseph married the love of his life, Linda Gurgul. He is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Linda Zygowicz; children, Matthew (Samantha Beckford) Zygowicz, Stephen Zygowicz, Joey (Connie) Gurgul and Cassandra Gurgul; grandchildren, Dillinger and McKoy Gurgul; mother-in-law, Sue (Ignoffo) Gurgul; brothers, Stanley (Carli) Zygowicz, Ted (Nitz) Zygowicz, John Zygowicz and Ed (Debra) Zygowicz; brother-in-law, Richard (Mary) Gurgul; sister-in-law, Susan (Dan) Milostan, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Stanley and Emilia (Fillar) Zygowicz, and brother-in-law, Ronald Gurgul. Visitation is Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017 from 2-8pm at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee and Monday, Feb. 20, 2017 from 8:30-9:30am at the funeral home before services. Mass will be held Monday, Feb. 20, 2017 at 10am at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, 135 S. Milwaukee Ave., Lake Villa, IL. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery, Gurnee.
