Juan Hernandez

Juan Hernandez, 58 of Round Lake Beach, IL., passed away on Saturday, January 05, 2019 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, IL.

He was born on February 14, 1960 in Mexico to Petra Santiago.

Juan is survived by his children: Erika (Gerardo) Hernandez, Adriana (Jose) Hernandez, Juan Hernandez, and Guadalupe (Jesus) Hernandez, his grandchildren: Axel Gonzalez, Ashanti Gonzalez, Joanna Gonzalez, Gerardo Gonzalez, Emmanuel Bermudez and Eliam Bermudez.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:30 P.M. at Warren Funeral Home located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL.  Funeral services will be at 7:30 P.M. at the funeral home.

Burial will be at Warren Cemetery.

The family is being assisted by Warren Funeral Home.
