Juana Vaca

Juana Martinez Vaca, 57, of Round Lake Park, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2014 at Rush University Hospital in Chicago. She was born on Tuesday, January 1, 1957 in Mexico to Rosendo and Margarita (Martinez) Vaca. She is survived by her loving companion of many years, Octavio Ortiz; children, Rosalia Vaca, David Ortiz, Ruby Ortiz and Melissa Ortiz; grandchildren, Brian Ramirez, Julissa Ramirez, Kimberly Ramirez and Diego Ramirez; brothers and sisters, Elias, Carlos, Jose Luis, Claudia, Alfonso, Fidel, Esther, Cristina, Susana, Maria de los Angeles, Ernesto and Eduardo. Visitation is Monday, June 30, 2014 from 4-8pm at Warren Funeral Home. Funeral services are Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Warren Cemetery, Gurnee. Memorial donations may be made to her family.
