Judy Diane Rockow

Judy Rockow, 80, of Gurnee, Illinois passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 8, 2025. She was born on November 4, 1945, in Chicago, Illinois, to Josephine and Melvin Wohlfeil. On July 30, 1966, Judy married the love of her life, Royal Rockow, and together they built a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and family.

Judy was a woman of warmth, creativity, and strength. She had a natural gift for interior design and took pride in making every space she touched feel welcoming and beautiful. She loved gardening, spending time among her flowers, and shopping for the perfect find. Above all, Judy cherished her family - they were truly her greatest joy. Whether hosting family gatherings or sharing a toast of Jameson, Judy made everyone around her feel special and loved.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her sons William (Alma), Bret (Leah), and Bart (Michelle); her grandchildren Bill (Bre), Chloe (Xander) Madsen, Jacob, Miranda (Aaron Dethrage), and Christian; seven great-grandchildren; her sister Elaine Stanton; her sister-in-law Karleen (Gene) Garner; and many extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Royal, her parents Josephine and Melvin, sister Lois Kettner, and her brothers Melvin and John.

A Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 3:00 p.m. Inurnment will take place immediately following the service.

The family has entrusted arrangements to Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., located on the north side of the intersection of Tri-State Parkway and Cemetery Rd., in Gurnee, Illinois 60031.
