Lillian Eggers, 96, of Gurnee, passed away May 7, 2013 at Victory Lakes, Lindenhurst. She was born January 9, 1917 in Waukegan.
Survived by son, John (Pat) Eggers of Rockledge, FL; daughter-in-law, Gail (Robert) Dix of Kenosha, WI; grandchildren, Scott Eggers, Michael Eggers, Katie (Peter) Cavnar and Jamie (David) Baldassano; great-grandchildren, Grace Mary Cavnar, Joseph Cavnar, Lucy Cavnar and Leah Baldassano. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard and Pauline (Kiupelis) Jucius; husband, Lyle Raymond Eggers; sons, Raymond Eggers and Lyle Eggers; sister, Clara Karlewski.
Lillian volunteered for more than 15,000 hours at Victory Memorial Hospital in Waukegan.
Visitation, Saturday, May 11, 2013, 9:30am-10:30am at WARREN FUNERAL HOME, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd., Gurnee. Funeral services, Saturday, May 11, 2013, 11:00am at St. Dismas Church, 2600 Sunset Avenue, Waukegan. Entombment at All Saints Cemetery, Pleasant Prairie, WI.
