Malinda E. Jackson, 89 of Waukegan, passed away at The Winchester House in Libertyville Il.on Tuesday January 16, 2018.
She was born on July 17, 1928 in Enterprise, Mississippi to the late Otha and Channie (McLain) Washington.
Malinda was a member of First Baptist Church of North Chicago Il. She loved fishing and cooking,family.
She is survived by her daughters; Annie (Joe) Nunnally,Carolyn Tennort,Rita(Willie)Johnson,her sons George (Bonnie) Tennort,Frank Tennort, Eddie (Patricia) McCarty, Michael Tennort,Henry(Dorothy)Tennort,John(Doris)Tennort numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Malinda was preceded in death by her husband Ranzay Jackson Jr.sons Willie, Robert, Otha and Oscar McCarty her brothers Joe, Dan and Elbert Washington and her special aunt LouEtha McLain.
Visitation will be held on Friday January 26, 2018 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. The First Baptist Church of North Chicago located at 2219 14th St. North Chicago IL. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. at the church. Dr. Lee Zachery Maxey will be officiating.
Entombment will be at Warren Cemetery. The family is being assisted by Warren Funeral Home.
