Maria Ramos

Maria Guadalupe Ramos, 61 of Waukegan, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020 at JourneyCare in Glenview, IL.

She was born on March 22, 1959 to Omar and Maria E. Vazquez in Mexico.  She married Jose Ramos in July 1979.  She attended St. Dismiss Catholic Church.  Her family was her greatest love, especially her grandchildren.

Maria is survived by her husband Jose, her mother Maria, her children; Maria M. Ramos, Brenda (Guzman) Ramos, Andrea Ramos, Lizzette (Galvan) Ramos, and Joeylynn Ramos, her grandchildren; Jordan Ramos, Elena Arenas, Camden Arenas, Olivia Guzman, and Ezequiel Guzman, and her brothers; Jose Luis (Stella) Vazquez, Marco (Kris) Vazquez, and Joe Vazquez.

She was preceded in death by her father Omar and her sister Maria de Jesus.

Visitation will be from 3:00 to 7:00 P.M. on Friday, November 13, 2020 at Warren Funeral Home and Cemetery located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL.  Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 A.M. at St. Dismas Catholic Church located at 2600 Sunset Ave., Waukegan, IL 60085.

In accordance with current State of Illinois mandates due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all guests will be required to wear a face mask at all times.  There will be a maximum of 25 people allowed in the funeral home at a time and proper social distancing must be practiced.  The maximum of 50 people will be allowed in church.  We thank you for your cooperation.

Burial will be at Ascension Catholic Cemetery in Libertyville.
