Mary Coleman

Mary J. Coleman, 74, of Gurnee, IL passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the Kenosha Estates Living and Care Center in Kenosha, WI.

She was born on September 23, 1944 to the late Fred & Viola (White) Miller in Vicksburg, Mississippi.  She married Marshall Coleman in 1963.  He preceded her in death.  She a member of Grace Lutheran Church.  Mary loved to be on her computer, sewing, reading, watching T.V., and cooking and eating.   She was dedicated to higher education.

Mary is survived by her children, James, Charles Sr. and Carolmetta Miller, her sister Almeeta Bell, Zebedia Miller, Brittie Miller, Courtney Lewis, Nataija Miller, Xavier Miller and Charles Miller Jr., great grandchildren, Ava-Marie Lewis, Dectreise Spann, Jamarcus Walker, Myliyah Walker, Keaundra Walker and Cartavon Washington.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, her brother Fred Douglas Miller and her great granddaughter Cataliaya.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. at Warren Funeral Home located at 1475 N. Cemetery Rd. Gurnee, IL.  Services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday at the Funeral Home.  Rev. Brenda Banks will officiate.  Entombment will be at Warren Cemetery.
