Mary J. Jurgaitis

Mary J. Jurgaitis (nee Horn), passed away peacefully surrounded by her beloved husband and children on August 21, 2026. She is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years David J. Jurgaitis, her loving children Jason (Amber) Jurgaitis and Jessica (Don) Hubert; her precious grandchildren David Xander and Deklan Jurgaitis and Natalie, Samantha, and Lily Hubert; and her cherished sisters Diana (Al) and Lori (Rich). She is a dear aunt, cousin, and friend of many who will miss her deeply.

She joins in Heaven her proud parents Peter and Gladys Horn and her cherished siblings Don (the late Nancy), Judy (survived by Morgan), and Barb.

Friends and family will meet for visitation on Saturday, August 29, 2026 from 10AM-12PM at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL. A Memorial Service in her honor will begin at 12PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary’s name to the National Association for Down Syndrome or the American Cancer Society will be greatly appreciated.
