Melvin P. Slazas, 77, of Waukegan, passed away August 20, 2015 at the Pavilion of Waukegan. He was born on August 3, 1938 in Waukegan to the late Peter and Lillian (Anderson) Slazas. He is survived by his three loving siblings, Eugene Slazas, Richard Slazas and Roseann (Donald) Pearson all of Florida. Burial was held on Monday, August 24, 2015 at Warren Cemetery, Gurnee.
