Nevaeh Sky Biacan, 2 months old from Chicago, passed away on Friday, May 8, 2020 at Community First Hospital in Chicago.

She was born on March 13, 2020 to Joseph Biacan and Nicole Jacobson in Chicago.

Nevaeh is survived by her parents, Joseph and Nichole, her sister Bella Reyna, her Aunts Amber Jacobson, Rachel Peterson, Daisy Worley and many cousins.

Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic, services will be private at this time.

Burial will be at Warren Cemetery.

Warren Funeral Home and Cemetery is assisting the family.
