Norma Sehr

Norma Lee Sehr, 85 of Grandwood Park-Gurnee, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Norma was born September 29, 1931 in Martinsville, Illinois and had been a waitress for 25 years for various restaurants in the area. She loved to read, garden, loved to cook for her family but her main hobby was loving and taking care of her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Ed, who she married on September 15, 1973, two children; Sharon Moon of Kenosha, Wisconsin and Wendell Wayne Weger of Zion, Illinois, grandchildren Jason Kingsland, Jessica, Billy and Melissa Weger and one great granddaughter Chloe Rose Magnuson, one sister Shirley Doolittle. She was preceded in death by two sisters Lenore Pickering and Pauline Mitchell and one brother Lavearl Doolittle.
Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 12:30pm until time of service at 1:30pm at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 North Cemetery Road, Gurnee with Fr. James E. Merold officiating. Interment will be private.
