Peter Kliora

Peter P. Kliora of Beach Park, Illinois passed away suddenly on October 10, 2022.  He was born on January 18, 1944 in Waukegan to Constantine and Frances Kliora. Pete married the love of his life, Sue on July 6, 1971.

Pete is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He had an outgoing personality and a great sense of humor. One of the things he loved most was people, and they loved him.  For example, he enjoyed eating and interacting with people at Culvers. Most importantly, he loved the Lord Jesus Christ and His church. He delighted in teaching the Bible to others.

Pete is survived by his brother Joe (Rose), a number of cousins, and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his wife Sue, his parents, his sister Barbara (John) Large, and brothers, Nick (Bernadette) and Dan.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road in Gurnee, Illinois. The funeral service will be the following day, Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Warren Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel of Peace as the entombment will immediately follow the funeral service. The Chapel of Peace is located within walking distance of the Warren Funeral Home.
