Richard Coglio Sr

Richard J. Coglio Sr., 91 of Geneva passed away at the James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Facility in North Chicago, IL. on Tuesday February 6, 2018.
He was born on January 24, 1927 in Pittsburgh, PA. to the late Frank and Madeline (Scicone) Coglio.
Richard was united in marriage to Peggy Jean Bayne on December 31, 1945. She preceded him in death in 2002.
He served in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a salesman for Wiggins Manufacturing and Colonial Furniture. Richard is a past Post Commander of the American Legion Post 5 in East Liberty, PA.
Richard is survived by his sons; Phil (Kathy) Coglio, William Coglio and Jeffrey (Susan) Coglio, his daughter-in-law, Bobbi Coglio, his grandchildren; Lauren, Richard, Patty, Veronica, Nicole, Chris, Scott and Bradley.
He was preceded in death by his wife, his parents, his son, Richard Coglio Jr., brothers; Frank, Johnny, Edward, and Albert, and his sisters; Helen and Shirley
Private burial will be held at The Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
