Richard Wayne Zeller

Richard Wayne Zeller, 61, passed away suddenly on June 19th, 2026 in Racine, Wisconsin.

He is survived by his two sons, Matt (married to Kelsey) and Ryan, and his brother, Darryl Petruska.

Richard was known for his love of rock music, fishing, and old Western films. He saw himself reflected both in stoic men like John Wayne and flamboyant performers like Robert Plant. Like many of his heroes he struggled with addiction, but those who knew him at his best could see the heart of gold shining underneath the pain. He's now reunited with the love of his life, Kimberly, after a long climb on the stairway to heaven.

A private interment service was held.
