Robert Hooker Sr

Robert J. Hooker, Sr., 70, of Gurnee, passed away suddenly at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He was born on April 2, 1944 in Chicago. He married Barbara Ingersoll on November 13, 1965 in Chicago. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Barbara Hooker; sons, Robert (Gail) Hooker, Jr. of London, England and Gary (Lisa) Hooker of Lake in the Hills; grandchildren, Trent and Jillian Hooker; sister, Peggy (Ron) Gucwa; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Lorraine (Daly) Hooker; brothers, Michael, Tim and Ray Hooker. A memorial service is Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 3pm with a visitation one hour prior to services at WARREN FUNERAL HOME with Fr. James Merold officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
