Rollin Benton Jr

Rollin Virgil Benton, Jr. passed away on August 3, 2017. He was born to Rollin Benton, Sr. and Elva Stader Benton in Bessemer, Alabama who preceded him in death.

Rollin is survived by his wife of 50 years, Betty Carolyn Benton. Survived by a son, Jason (Edit) Benton of Pennsylvania; 1 brother, Allen (Judy) Benton; 1 sister Doris Rush; 1 aunt Levata Stader; nieces Sue and Judy. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Michael in 2002; and 1 brother Marty.

Rollin enjoyed traveling, collecting different things, and an avid lover of music. He also served in the Airforce

Services for Rollin will be Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N Cemetery Rd., Gurnee, IL 60031 starting with visitation at 1:00PM with services starting at 2:00PM with Fr. James Merold presiding. Inurnment will take place in Warren Cemetery following the service.
