Ronald Stemler, 84, of Zion, IL passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Claridge Healthcare Center in Lake Bluff, Illinois.
Ronald was born on November 6, 1936 in Chicago, Illinois to Rudolph and Alice (Poteracka) Stemler. He graduated from Lane Tech High School in Chicago and served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He was a tool and die maker by trade and enjoyed fishing in his spare time.
He is survived by his children; Lisa (James) Fricke, Ronald (Margaret) Stemler and Karen (Robert Nies) O’Brien; in addition to 3 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sisters; Sandra Barnes, and Alice Clifton.
Burial at Warren Cemetery and will be private.
Warren Funeral Home and Cemetery is assisting the family.
