Rosalina Tañeo Wilson, 75, of Beach Park, Illinois, passed away on August 13, 2021 at Rush University Medical Center. Rosalina was born in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, Philippines to Filemon Paquibot and Susana Tañeo on October 17, 1945. She married Raymond Everitt Wilson on June 6, 1974 in Olongapo Zambales, Philippines.

Rosalina ran her own home daycare for 5 years, then worked at Abbott Laboratories for 18 years. She was actively involved in the Filipino-American Association of Northern Illinois (FAANI) for 25 years as well as various Filipino organizations including the Clarin Bohol group. She enjoyed gardening, cooking for a crowd, hosting parties, and dancing. She was a skilled seamstress, spending countless hours at her sewing machine. She was hard-working, generous, and dedicated to her family and friends.

Rosalina is survived by her husband; her son, William-James; her daughters Mary-Rose and Susanie-Ann; her grandchildren Tristen, Samuel, Shailah, Benjamin, Savannah, Samantha, Riley, and Lukas; and her great-grandchild, Weston.

A visitation will be held from Noon until 2 p.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031. The funeral service will be follow immediately at 2 p.m.  Entombment will be private.
