Sally J Fagan, age 81, passed away at home surrounded by her family. Sally was preceded in death by her parents George and Lucille Burtzos; her husband, Bob Fagan; one son, George Fagan; and one grandson Steve Werner.
She is survived by 3 sons; Steve Werner of Dunedin, Florida; Michael (Marcia) Werner of Ingleside, IL; and Ronald (Cathy) Werner of Wadsworth, IL; Grandchildren, Angela Werner, Stuart Werner, Victor Cruz, Jonathon Werner, Jason Werner, Caryn Werner, and Cory Werner; and 4 brothers Robert Burtzos; Bill (Darlene) Burtzos; Ron (Christine) Burtzos; George (Jean) Burtzos.
Visitation for Sally will be at Warren Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 beginning at 4:00PM until time of Services. Services will be at 7:00PM on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 officiated by Fr. James Merold. Burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Warren Funeral Home.
