Sharon Petz

Sharon "Mitzi" Petz, 79, of Wheeling, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017 at the Greek American Rehabilitation and Care Centre in Wheeling. She was born July 7, 1937 in Marshfield, WI. On July 13, 1957 in Glenview, IL, Sharon married the love of her life, Norbert Petz. She is survived by her loving, devoted husband of 59 years, Norbert; son, Eric Petz; daughter and son-in-law, Dayna and George Butler; brother and sister-in-law, Terry (Carol) Felhofer; grandchildren, Laura Benedetto, Daniel Benedetto, Jacob Butler, Corrine (Max) Brady, Natalie (Christopher) Alexander, and Chelsea (Michael Sevier) VanOver; great grandchildren, Marli VanOver, Laken VanOver and Naomi Brady; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Grace (McCabe) Felhofer; brothers, Wayne Felhofer, Daryl Felhofer, Gerald Felhofer, and sister, Jean Wilcott. A memorial service is Friday, January 13, 2017 at 11:30am with visitation 10am-11:30am at Warren Funeral Home. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
