Vanitha Premkumar

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Vanitha Premkumar, 78, on June 16th, 2026, in Libertyville, IL.

Vanitha is survived by her husband Premkumar Puli, to whom she was married for 52 years, her children Rebecca (Jebaraj) Daniel, Grace (Stephen) Premkumar, and Paul (Jennifer) Premkumar, her grandchildren Sanjana, Kayla, Priyanna, Alysah, Caleb, Canaan, Nathan, Aniyah, Selah, and Israel, and her siblings Vasantha Edward, Vidhu Christian, Vinoo Peppin, Samual Prabhaker Jacob, and Paul Diwaker Jacob.

She is preceded in death by her parents Dr. H. R. Jacob and Leila Jacob.

Friends and family will meet for visitation on Friday, June 19, 2026 from 11AM-12PM at Warren Funeral Home, 1475 N. Cemetery Road, Gurnee, IL. The funeral service will take place from 12PM-1:30PM. The interment will take place on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Warren Cemetery, Garden 10, at 11:30AM.
